02A private firm, not a government body

NeoApex Saver is a private advisory firm. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or acting for the Government of Gujarat, the Government of India or any government department or agency. Decisions on eligibility, sanction and disbursement of incentives rest solely with the relevant authorities.

You can apply for government incentives directly, without an adviser — for Gujarat industrial incentives, through the Industries Commissionerate, Government of Gujarat (ic.gujarat.gov.in). When you engage us, our fees are for our advisory, documentation and filing support, and are agreed with you in writing.

03Information on this website

The content is general information about incentive schemes and our services. It is not legal, tax or financial advice for your circumstances. We base scheme information on the Government Resolutions and notifications cited on each page and update it when schemes change, but schemes, rates and procedures can change, and eligibility always depends on the facts of your project. Please confirm the position with us or the relevant authority before you act on it.

04Calculators and estimates

Our calculators give indicative estimates based on the information you enter, the published scheme rates and the assumptions stated with each result. They are not an offer, a guarantee of eligibility or an assurance of the amount that will be sanctioned.

05Enquiries and engagements

Sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship. We act for you only after we agree the scope and terms of an engagement in writing, and that engagement is governed by those terms.

06Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and the NeoApex Saver name and logo belong to NeoApex Saver or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page. Client names and logos shown on the website are trademarks of their respective owners and are displayed to identify organisations we have worked with.

07Acceptable use

Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, harms the website or other users, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems. Do not submit false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms.

08Third-party sites and services

Links to government portals, maps, messaging apps and other third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

09Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law permits, NeoApex Saver is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website’s content or tools. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
