We assess which state and central incentives a manufacturing unit qualifies for, prepare and file the claims, and follow each one to disbursement: 15+ benefits, from Viksit Gujarat 2026 capital, interest and power tariff subsidy to electricity duty exemption, MOOWR and EPCG.
Which incentives can a new manufacturing unit in Gujarat claim in 2026?
Under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026 an eligible new MSME can claim capital subsidy of up to 35% of its eligible fixed capital investment, interest subsidy of 7% a year on term loans and a power tariff subsidy of ₹2 or ₹1 per unit, within one combined ceiling; large, mega and ultra mega units have their own slabs. Separately, a new unit is exempt from electricity duty for five years, and importers of machinery can use MOOWR or, if they export, EPCG.
