Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026
Subsidy calculators for Gujarat manufacturers
Estimate what a new or expanding unit can receive under VGIP 2026 — capital subsidy, interest subsidy and power tariff subsidy — using the rates, caps and combined ceilings published in the Government Resolutions. Each calculator explains its inputs and shows where a ceiling bites.
Three calculators, one set of rules
Every calculator asks only for what the scheme needs, fills sensible assumptions where you leave a field blank, and states them next to the result.
Capital subsidy calculator
The one-time subsidy on eligible fixed capital investment (EFCI): 25% to 35% for MSMEs and 10% to 35% for Large, Mega and Ultra Mega units, by taluka category and sector, with the annual and combined ceilings applied.
Needs: unit type, sector, taluka category (A or B), EFCI.
Open calculatorInterest subsidy calculator
7% a year on term loans (8% for eligible MSMEs) for 5 to 12 years, on a reducing balance, capped at 10% to 25% of EFCI and never below the 2% you always bear.
Needs: EFCI, term loan, interest rate and tenure (sensible assumptions if left blank).
Open calculatorPower tariff subsidy calculator
₹2 per unit (Category A) or ₹1 per unit (Category B) on DISCOM and open-access power for 5 to 12 years, inside the room left by the capital subsidy.
Needs: units, or your monthly bill, or contract demand in kVA.
Open calculatorOne combined estimate is on its way
The three subsidies share one combined ceiling. A single estimator that models capital, interest and power tariff subsidy together against that ceiling is being built and will appear on this page. Until then, run each calculator on its scheme page — they use the same rates, caps and ceilings, and each shows the room the others leave.
How the estimates work
- Rates from the Government Resolutions. The MSME scheme GR of 25 September 2026 and the Large, Mega and Ultra Mega scheme GR of 8 September 2026 set every percentage and ceiling used.
- Taluka category decides the tier. Under the classification GR of 8 September 2026, 130 talukas are Category A (higher rates) and 138 are Category B.
- One combined ceiling. Capital, interest and power tariff subsidy together cannot exceed the combined ceiling for your unit type, so each calculator shows the headroom the others leave.
- An estimate, not a sanction. Eligible investment is fixed by the Industries Commissionerate after asset verification; we confirm the category and the numbers in writing before you file.
